A listening/recording item of furniture that accentuates the sound of the body interacting with the materials. Highlighting the body’s movements revealing an unconscious fidgeting discomfort.
A piece I made in response to the Her Noise archive at London College of Communication. Taking inspiration from Kaffe Matthews’ Sonic Bed, I envision a Companion piece to the installation that acknowledges the body as a listening organism.
